Business Audit Intake

Answer honestly — the more detail you give, the sharper your audit will be.

Your Business Right Now

Before we can audit anything, we need a clear picture of where you are today — who you are, what you're building, and where the business stands.

The name we'll use when we deliver your audit and in all follow-up communication.

We'll send your completed audit here. Use the same email you registered your course with.

Include your country code. We may send quick follow-up questions or your audit summary here.

Example+233 24 000 0000 or +234 801 234 5678

The name your clients and audience know you by. If you operate under your personal name, write that.

ExampleGlow by Efua — or — Dr. Kwame Asare | Aesthetic Clinic

Pick the option that best describes your primary business. If you span multiple areas, choose the one that drives most of your revenue.

This helps us calibrate expectations and tailor the audit to your stage.

Be honest — this is confidential and helps us understand what levers matter most in your audit.

💼

Your Offer

The quality of your offer determines the ceiling of your sales. We need to understand what you're selling, how you're selling it, and where the friction is.

Describe your main product or service as if you're explaining it to a complete stranger. What is it, who is it for, and what does it do for them?

Example"I sell a 6-week online coaching programme for women who want to grow their Instagram following and convert followers into paying clients — without spending on ads."

Give us your main offer's price or price range. If you have multiple offers, list the most important one first.

ExampleGHS 1,200 one-time — or — $297/month — or — GHS 500–2,500 depending on scope

Select all the methods you actively use to bring in clients or customers right now.

When someone shows interest or enquires, how often do they actually buy? Be honest — this is one of the most telling audit signals.

🎯

Your Audience & Content

Content that doesn't speak to a specific person converts no one. We'll audit your positioning and content strategy against who you're actually trying to reach.

Describe them as a real person — age, gender, location, lifestyle, job, income, and the problem that brings them to you. The more specific, the better.

Example"Women aged 28–42 in Accra, Lagos, or London. Corporate professionals or small business owners. They're earning well but feel stuck — they have a product but no consistent clients. They've tried posting but don't know why it's not working."

Select every platform where you currently publish content — even if it's inconsistent.

Be honest about reality — not what you aim for.

Select all the content formats you currently use or have used recently.

Give us your primary platform's count. If you're active on multiple platforms, list each one.

ExampleInstagram: 1,240 — TikTok: 380 — Facebook Page: 2,100

What's Not Working

This is where the audit gets real. The more honest you are here, the more targeted and useful your audit will be. There are no wrong answers.

Be specific and brutally honest. This is confidential. Don't describe what you think the problem is — describe what you're experiencing.

Example"I post regularly but get zero DMs or enquiries. My followers seem engaged (likes, comments) but nobody buys. I've tried adding a CTA to every post and it doesn't seem to move anything."

Tell us what you've attempted — strategies, tactics, tools, or advice you've followed — and why you think it didn't work.

Example"I tried running Facebook ads for two weeks — spent GHS 800 and got zero sales. I also tried posting daily for a month but engagement went down. I've done two free challenges that brought in subscribers but no paying clients."

Be as specific as possible. Numbers are better than feelings. This becomes the benchmark we audit you against.

Example"In 90 days I want to be closing at least 5 clients per month consistently, have a clear content system I can follow, and feel confident when someone asks me what I do."

1 = I have no real process, I just wing every conversation. 10 = I have a repeatable system that reliably closes clients.

Your Brand & Positioning

How you show up — your voice, your differentiation, your proof — determines whether people choose you over everyone else who does what you do.

Pick everything that sounds like you. If none of these fit, we'll catch it in the open questions.

Don't be modest. This is the core of your positioning — your real competitive edge. Think about what clients only get from you.

Example"I combine corporate sales psychology with social media strategy, so my clients don't just get content — they get a selling system. Most coaches teach you what to post. I teach you how to close."

Social proof is one of the highest-leverage elements in any audit. We need to know what you're working with.

Copy the actual words a client used — in a DM, WhatsApp message, Google review, or email. Include first name or initials if you have them.

Example"Serwaa K. said: 'I closed GHS 4,500 in sales the week after implementing what Ama taught. I've never had a week like that in 2 years of business.'"

Ready for Your Audit

Almost there. These final questions help us make your audit as targeted as possible — and give you a chance to flag anything specific you want us to address.

We audit your offer, content, positioning, and sales process — but if there's a specific area you're most concerned about, flag it here and we'll prioritise it.

Example"I really want you to look at my Instagram bio and my offer page — I think that's where I'm losing people. Also, can you look at my pricing? I'm not sure if I'm undercharging."

Any context, sensitivities, or details that would help us give you a better audit. No detail is too small.

Example"I'm pivoting from 1-on-1 clients to group programmes — keep that in mind. Also, I'm not based in Ghana full time so pricing in USD matters too."
